What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the trusted voice behind a fast-growing skincare empire - supporting both everyday customers and a passionate community of distributors. Expect to:

  • Own customer cases from start to finish (no endless hand-offs)
  • Provide friendly help with orders, product questions, account issues, returns & shipping
  • Communicate daily via phone, email, and chat
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Logistics to solve "the tricky stuff"
  • Offer bilingual support (Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish is a huge plus!)
  • Deliver calm, thoughtful, empathetic support - even on the busiest days
